Happy Holidays, buddies! We’re back with another Major Update about our plans for 2020 and what you can expect from BLits over the next few months! Now that Taiga Route DLC has been released, Camp Buddy is nearly complete, and we’re looking towards quite a few new goals that we will describe below in detail! The post below contains important information for all fans of Camp Buddy, so we encourage everyone to read this post fully so they don’t miss anything!
Camp Buddy Patch 2.2
Although Taiga’s route has been released, we’re still working hard to release one final update for Camp Buddy – Patch 2.2. This Patch will contain various bug fixes and features, which we’ll describe below!
- Audio Normalization: We’ve had multiple requests for the Audio in Camp Buddy to be more normalized, and are working hard to ensure that all routes have their sound issues resolved, from missing cues to varying volumes of Audio. We will actually be opening applications for an audio engineer in the near future, so please stay tuned for that, buddies!
- Facial Cue & Sprite Voice Cue Tune-Up: Throughout the game, there are occasionally misplaced expressions or voice cues that do not fit the scene appropriately, and since those could hamper the play experience, we’re working hard to squish those throughout all routes! When Patch 2.2 releases, the routes will all have been updated for this, to enhance everyone’s play experience!
- Additional Animations (Taiga Route): Like we mentioned as well before release, Taiga route animations would be completed in a Patch following the Taiga route, and our animation team is already hard at work making these for the Patch 2.2 release! Stay tuned for more previews of these animations!
Beyond these major fixes, other minor issues in the game, such as grammar, gallery bugs, and more will be resolved! By the time this patch releases, Camp Buddy will be fully polished and fresh, for new and old fans to enjoy alike!
Camp Buddy Artbook
Beyond Camp Buddy, we’re actually beginning work on an original Patreon tier reward, the Camp Buddy Artbook! This product will have never-before seen concept art, as well as various design stage level insights into the Camp Buddy development process! There will even be a section that features fanart made by you, our awesome fans!
Once the artbook is completed, we’ll be distributing it out to all eligible Patrons, as well as printing physical copies for those who earned it through pledging as well! (We’re still working out logistics for shipping the rest of the physical merchandise, so please stay tuned for that) If you missed the original Patreon campaign, don’t worry! The Artbook will be available as a digital release in our store! Stay tuned for more previews about it over the coming weeks!
Camp Buddy Expansion Routes
Another one of the original stretch goals of our Patreon Campaign was the Camp Buddy Expansion Routes! Unlike in Camp Buddy where we follow Keitaro Nagame’s adventures, in this game, you will take control of Scoutmaster Yoshinori Nagira, and pursue a relationship with the strict and stern President of the Camp, Goro Nomoru, or the carefree and talented helper, Aiden Flynn! We know everyone is very excited to receive more information about this new game, and we will begin storyboarding as soon as Patch 2.2 and the Artbook have been released!

As we announced a few days ago, we’ve placed new Patreon Sets for sale at our website, and they are currently on sale for 33% off until December 30! Please make sure you grab them while you can!

hey i have a question befor i buy and im asking it here because support or the other email that helps isn’t helping when buying the game why does it need to know my phone number i don’t even have a phone and i really neeed to know why before i buy this game and why camp buddy asks for my home address i just wanna know why before i buy it like a more explanation of why also what if i am using a gift card and why does it ask for my address i don’t want my family to know that i like this kind of stuff by a sudden letter in the mail i know im old enough to like these things but i don’t want them calling me weird or ashamed of me. so if someone could answer these questions id be really grateful.

I’ve just fnished playing Taiga’s Route and I want to thank you for a great game. All other routes were really great with their individual perks, really well made and thought. But Taiga’s really impressed me the most. It is just so real, so full of emotions, happiness, fear, insecurity, despair,love and others. I was so moved by the whole story with Keitaro, Taiga and Kieran, that I now want the continuation of the story. I alredy said that I would love to see and play Camp Buddy 2, and now I want it more than ever. Like the game said: time for a new adventure in camp buddy. I want to see how the old relationships go on and new one formed. Like how will Taiga and Keitaro will do and will Kieran find somebody from the new batch. I really grew on the characters and don’t want to say good by to the. I know it will be alot of work, but I hope the story will go on in Camp Buddy 2. Thank you again for a wonderfull game.
I’m actually not really impressed by the fact that Camp Buddy Expansion Routes will be alike split part of the game. I would like more dateable characters for Keitaro or any other youngster (like playing from Taiga’s, Yoichi’s or Natsumi’s perspective and dating all the guys then like you just did with Keitaro), but the scout masters… as much as I love Aiden and Goro, I find it irrevelant to me. Unless you can date Aiden/Goro as Keitaro, otherwise – I’m out. :/

First of all.. I’d like to congratulate the team for the successful game that made me REALLY in love with the characters.. Thank you for this game Blit’s XD.. I do hope for Camp Buddy 2 in the future tho, because I still don’t want to end everything on Keitaro’s first day on his 2nd term T^T) Many love to you Blit’s especially to Mikkoukun <3!
Oh and by the way.. Please add an option whether the sex scenes should be animated or not in the android version, because I think my phone system can handle the animations because of 8gb RAM in it.. Thank you and happy holidays!

Hello buddies! I’ve noticed that there are both Top and Bottom scenes in the taiga route while all of the other characters only have 1 set selection. In the new update will there me new scenes for other characters like Yoichi (My Fave), Hunter, or any of the others? (I chose those 2 because they seem to only be a top {Yoichi and only be a bottom {Hunter})
Natsumi is the only route who’s scenes portray as top.. Yoichi became the bottom in the sick sex part

Hello! When you buy the game, all previously released updates are included in it! New updates are sent alongside a new copy of the game to everyone who owns the game!
When you buy the game it already comes with all the updates! I don’t exactly know it will work with future updates, but I know that you will have to download the game all over again.
Hey guys! Just finished the game with Taiga’s route! I just wanna ask though, the game ended at day one of Keitaro’s second term in Camp Buddy! Does it mean that there is gonna be a Camp Buddy 2? Where we get to choose a new love interest or keep the one we already have through the activities maybe even united towards a common goal or even against a common enemy! I really love Camp Buddy, so I would really love there to be a second game to continue the story! Anyway, happy holidays to everyone in the community, including the devs <3

Hello! The expansion route will contain routes for Aiden and Goro where you play as Yoshinori, and will not contain a route for Seto and Felix at the moment!

Hye. I have some to comment about camp buddy 2.1, when i play it for taiga route or any one else I find something unfix when their “sweet” moments don’t come in action unlike camp buddy first version without taiga route and have some problem on audio for taiga route. I’m looking forward for it and i hope it fix for the next version and more experience on it. I have some suggestion maybe you can think of it if suitable or not to put it in. I think for expansion route maybe add yoichi and natsumi cuz when i played yoichi route how concern yoshinori for yoichi and they look daddy and son when they in fundraising moments. I hope for it or else just for CG art. The problems that i comments above i hope you concern about it. I’m very grateful that i still support camp buddy for the better experience.
